DVHS Skyhawks Football Donation Drive

Hello! 

Please fill out this registration to register your participant for the DVHS Skyhawks Football Donation Drive.  Please include a first name, last name, and a primary email.  A primary email is the main contact for this fundraiser, usually a parent/guardian of a participant.

V.I.P.  emails can be registered to other supporters such as grandparents, other guardians, other family members, and friends of the participant.  These folks will will be kept in the loop as to the progress of the participant and the DVHS Skyhawks Football Donation Drive. All players are expected to input at least 10 V.I.P. emails by Friday, October 1st.
